Most parents would like their children to have access to the best education possible. Nevertheless the quality of schools vary by a great margin, and on top of this, not everybody can afford the luxury of choice. There are children who are rejected from the better, free schools – in many cases unlawfully – because they are poor, Roma, or disabled. It is our mission to provide legal assistance to parents who feel like their children have been unlawfully slighted during their enrollment to a school, class allocation, or that they were withheld access to services by the school that they would have been entitled to based on their abilities.
