Let’s be Mates!

Your monthly donation of 7,500 HUF makes you a secret Mate of a mentor-mentee team. By this you allow one mentee to go to the cinema, the beach or the zoo with their mentor thus supporting the children from behind the scenes to be able to take part in cultural and leisure activities.

Be our Hero!

By a monthly donation of 10,000 HUF you adopt one of the Invisible Study Hall groups making you their Hero! Such a donation sponsors the weekly workshops of a group of children such as The Totally-Adventuresomes, The Lads or The Wizards. We can have nibbles, drawing utensils, or a post-workshop ice cream! 

We at the Rosa Parks foundation live and breathe this statement, and act towards it with a varied toolkit of social work, education, psychology, sociology and law.

One amongst our tools for this is the Invisible Study Hall, which has been running for the past 8 years and we are looking for donors to secure its future. The Invisible Study Hall’s monthly budget is 1,600,000 HUF (4,400 EUR). This sum allows our office in the VIII. district of Budapest to work with 32 families and 62 children either individually or in groups and covers the costs of the regular therapy of 9 children.

When you opt to become a recurring donor, you support the Invisible Study Hall with the monthly sum of your choice. By this you allow our sustainable and predictable operation.  

Your recurring donation is spent on our daily operational costs, like funding the work of our colleagues, the costs of the development sessions or the expenses of our office. At first this might not sound as exciting as you’d hope, but this is absolutely essential for our foundation’s security and thus for our capacity to continue to work with the children coming to our workshops, and the parents seeking our help.
